Our expert butchers custom cut meats to your specification – the good old-fashioned way at Diablo Foods. Let us know the size you want and whether you’d like it freezer wrapped. Everyday, all year long, quality and customer satisfaction is our absolute priority.

We carry only the two highest grades of beef. Lamb is all raised in nearby local Dixon California. Fresh fish from local suppliers is delivered 6 days a week. We offer all free-range natural and organically local Mary’s Chickens, air chilled with no water added weight. Fresh turkey, Niman Pork, and Richards Grass Fed Beef are all available and locally sourced.

In addition to superb cuts of meats and poultry, we have gone a step further with some cuts marinated, stuffed, in kebab and fajita styles, all ready to meet your oven or grill.

In the early morning hours, we ice the displays, receive daily deliveries, cut and trim meats so everything is ready when customers come to select their favorite items. Most of our skilled butchers have 15 to 20 years experience and know exactly how to approach fresh meats and offer excellent preparation ideas. We take specialty orders and holiday orders.
